Changing over to the LTA login

The LTA are changing how people login to clubspark:

From Monday May 16th 2022 members that sign in using anything other than the LTA login will be asked to update to the LTA login.

They describe this process as 'simple':
1) You log in as normal with your ClubSpark account
2) You’ll then be asked to complete the short 2–3 minute process to create or merge with an LTA account
3) You’re all set! Next time you visit the LTA Clubspark platform or any LTA system, remember to use your LTA account

How do I know if I have an LTA account?
If you played for a summer team during 2021, or have ever been in the Wimbledon ticket draw, you already have an LTA account. You may not remember your login details for it, but you should see 'forgotten login' prompts to help. 

Your username is very likely to be your whole name, with no spaces in capitals, for example:
JOANNEBLOGGS

I can't update my login because it says I already have an LTA account, but I don't know my username/password?
If you cannot retrieve your LTA account details, and it won't let you create a new account because it says you already have one then please contact the LTA directly using this form. The alternative is to use another email address.

I updated to the LTA login but I see padlocks on the court booking system?
This means that you do not have a current West Heaton membership attached to your login. Please contact courts@west-heaton.co.uk.
