Every year we are given the opportunity, as a registered LTA venue, to run our own club ballot for members to be selected randomly to purchase one pair of Wimbledon tickets. The number of ticket we are given depends on the number of British Tennis Members who opt in and the tickets given randoammly so can incldue anythign from Centre to Court 3.
If you are a member of Water Orton & Distrct Tennis Club you are automatically regsitered as a British Tennis Member. If you would like to know how to opt in please contact Sarah Heaton by emailing waterortoncoaches@hotmail.co.uk. We will then confirm your BTM details and how to opt in. You need to opt in by 23rd February to be included in the draw and this is an LTA deadline, which we have to adhere to.

BTM Rules
The following ballot rules must be adhered to by all British Tennis Members (BTMs) across any British Tennis Wimbledon Ballot or ticket offer administered by the Lawn Tennis Association.
To participate in the 2018 British Tennis Member Wimbledon Ballot you must be a British Tennis Member (BTM) and make yourself eligible by holding one of the following membership types (please note that an individual can hold only one membership type and therefore only be eligible for one BTM Wimbledon Ballot):
British Tennis Lite or Team Membership (Club Members only)
A BTM is eligible for their venue(s) BTM Venue ballot if they meet the following criteria by 23 February 2018.
They are an Adult (18+) or Junior (11-17) active British Tennis Lite or Team Member;
The relevant venue(s) are linked to their BTM record; and
They have Opted In to the BTM Wimbledon Ballot, with the LTA.
Only the registered BTM, or their parent/legal guardian is permitted to opt themselves in to the ballot.
If you are a member of more than one venue, once you have opted in you are permitted to enter the ballot at each venue. You must ensure that your BTM record is linked to each venue that you are a member of. You could be successful and receive the opportunity to purchase a pair of tickets in each venue ballot.
BTMs must ensure that they are current members at their venue(s) when they Opt In and at the date that the venue’s ballot is held. If you are not a current member your venue will be able to remove the link from your record thereby making you ineligible for their ballot.
You can check your membership status and link your venue(s) to your record by logging into your account on the LTA website.
British Tennis Team Membership (Non Club Members)
If you are NOT a member of an LTA registered venue you will be included in the BTM Wimbledon Ballot for BTMs whose membership is not linked to an LTA registered venue if you have met the below criteria by 23 February 2018:
You are an Adult (18+) or Junior (11-17) active British Tennis Team Member and
2 / 09/03/2017
You have Opted In to the BTM Wimbledon Ballot, with the LTA.
You can check your membership status by logging into your account on the LTA website.
Rules:
1. Child BTMs (10 and under) are not permitted to enter the ballot.
2. Anyone who holds Junior BTM and meets the eligibility criteria set out above is eligible to be entered into a BTM Ballot. Any successful Junior BTM under the age of 16 must attend The Championships with an adult and be supervised appropriately.
3. A BTM whose membership is linked to an LTA registered venue may only be assigned one pair of tickets from each of their venues in the BTM Venue ballot. A BTM whose membership is not linked to an LTA registered venue may only be assigned a maximum of one pair of tickets through the ballot.
4. Once tickets have been purchased by a BTM they cannot be transferred. The tickets must be used by the BTM ballot winner and a guest (the guest does not need to be a BTM). In the event that a member has purchased tickets and does not wish to or is unable to use any tickets issued to them they must notify and return the tickets as a pair, for a refund to the LTA. Whilst the LTA will normally accept and refund the price of such tickets (provided that the tickets are returned at least 24 hours before the date for which such tickets are valid), the LTA shall not be bound to do so.

BTMs must adhere to the T&Cs of the ballot and 2018 Wimbledon ticketing conditions of sale. Further information can be found at http://www.wimbledon.com/en_GB/tickets/index.html#.
