Booking a court

Courts should be booked via the Clubspark online booking system. You need to register with Clubspark: Ask the Membership Secretary for an invite if you haven’t already registered.

You can also download the Clubspark Booker App on  iOS and Android

Please keep your contact details up to date by logging into your profile.

Please adhere to the booking rules: you can book for up to one and a half hours at a time.  Members playing together may only book one session per day and 6 days in advance.

  • Press: C****X and then turn the knob NB C cancels any previous numbers that might have been pressed but must be pressed every time before the numbers and the numbers must be followed by X. If you don’t turn the know the gate won’t open

Entry to the courts

The code will be changed annually on 1 April at 9am.  You will be informed of the new code by 31 March by email if you have paid your annual membership subscription otherwise it will be on receipt of your subscription fees.

  • Please make sure the gate is always closed as you leave
  • Both gates have the same code to access the courts
  • No code is needed from the inside of the courts to exit the gate nearest to the road!
  • The code to EXIT the back gate near the play area is: 1234
  • Should you have a problem with the lock please contact a Committee Member (email contact details are on your membership card)
  • The code must NOT be passed on to any other person who is not a member.

Members’ guests

Members guests may play a maximum of three times in any one tennis year: The cost of playing on the courts is £3 per adult visitor and £1 per junior visitor. Members are responsible for making sure their guests are paid for.  Payment should be made by bank transfer to the following account quoting Guest fee: player name.

On court accidents

Any accidents on court should be reported to the Club Secretary.

 

Junior members

Children under the age of 12 MUST be supervised by an adult at the courts.

Parents of junior members under the age of 12 who are not members themselves may apply to have the code for entry to the courts on the understanding that the juniors are supervised by an adult whilst playing.

Our new Safeguarding Policy includes a Code of Conduct that all members and coaches must follow can be found on our website alongside all other club policies.

 

Use of toilets in the New Beaconsfield Hall

Tennis Club members can use the toilets in the New Beaconsfield Hall when it is unlocked using only the front entrance.

Tennis Club members can buy a key fob for access to the rear of the hall from Lee Wyatt Buchan for £10. This key fob then allows you access to the toilet next to the gym at any time. (Lee is usually at the hall in the mornings from Monday to Friday)

 

British Tennis Membership

New members need to register for British Tennis Membership by going to the LTA website and signing up to British Tennis.  Personal details of existing members may have changed since joining so please check your profile regularly.
