Booking a court
Please keep your contact details up to date by logging into your profile.
Please adhere to the booking rules: you can book for up to one and a half hours at a time and if you are playing a Club Tournament match then a court can be booked for two hours. Members playing together may only book one session per day and 6 days in advance.
Entry to the courts
The code will be changed annually on 1 April at 9am. You will be informed of the new code by 31 March by email if you have paid your annual membership subscription otherwise it will be on receipt of your subscription fees.
Before play commences the name of the guest/s must be entered in the visitors book in the notice board. The cost of playing on the courts is £3 per adult visitor and £1 per junior visitor. These fees should be put in an envelope which are in the notice cabinet and delivered to the mail box outside the entrance to the village hall. Members are responsible for making sure their guests are paid for. Each guest may only play a maximum of three times in any one tennis year.
On court accidents
Any accidents on court should be logged in the Accident Book which can be found in the notice board cabinet on court.
Children under the age of 12 MUST be supervised by an adult at the courts.
Parents of junior members under the age of 12 who are not members themselves may apply to have the code for entry to the courts on the understanding that the juniors are supervised by an adult whilst playing.
Our new Safeguarding Policy includes a Code of Conduct that all members and coaches must follow can be found on our website alongside all other club policies.
Use of toilets in the New Beaconsfield Hall

Tennis Club members can buy a key fob for access to the rear of the hall from Lee Wyatt Buchan for £10. This key fob then allows you access to the toilet next to the gym at any time. (Lee is usually at the hall in the mornings from Monday to Friday)
