What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This LTA Youth Red course is perfect for a younger player (5-7 years old), it will teach key fundamentals that will help them to enjoy success and make progress. Balance, coordination and hand eye skills will be developed as well as the technique to enjoy our wonderful sport. Have you thought about junior membership?
