Tennis Come True Coaching

Tennis Come True coaches deliver fun and dynamic tennis lessons focusing on personal, social and sportive progress. Finding the natural technique for every player, always providing a close and individual treatment that helps to maximise people's potential.

You can join any course at any time, just booking the remaining lessons of the course.
In order to enrol in the Group Coaching Courses players are required to become members of Aldersbrook LTC or to pay Non-members price. Check more information about ALTC Membership Packcage.

Junior Courses

LITTLE TENNIS STARS 4 - 6 YEARS OLD | BLUE STAGE

This is an introduction to tennis. Here, we’ll help kids improve their balance, agility and coordination while teaching them about the sport we love. At this stage it’s not about winning or losing, it’s just getting to grips with the basics.

LITTLE TENNIS STARS 6 - 8 YEARS OLD | RED STAGE

This will look a bit more like the tennis you know. You’ll see overarm serves, rallies and volleys. Coaches will help children to further develop their co-ordination, balance and speed. We’ll introduce relaxed competition here too.

LITTLE TENNIS STARS 8 - 9 YEARS OLD | ORANGE STAGE

Time to throw in some tactics, problem-solving, and guides to sportsmanship and leadership. At this stage children will know all of the rules and will be serving and returning in matches.

LITTLE TENNIS STARS 9 - 10 YERS OLD | GREEN STAGE

This is the big one. It’s time for kids to play on full size courts. Now it’s all about growing their game by ﬁne tuning and reﬁning the techniques they’ve learned so far.

JUNIOR COURSE +10 YEARS OLD | YELLOW STAGE

Time to find your game. Playing on a full size court with the same size balls the pros use, kids will continue to explore different styles on the court, and start to choose their own.

Adult Courses

ADULT BEGINNER LEVEL

This course is designed to introduce new players to the basics of tennis. Throughout the course, adults will cover groundstrokes, footwork, net play and serve. Learn techniques, practice drills, and approaches to the game of tennis, by learning tennis fundamentals and basic skills.

Monday | 18:00 - 19:00 | 19:00 - 20:00

Saturday | 12:00 - 13:00

ADULT INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

This course is for players with some basic tennis skills who can hit an oncoming ball regularly. Here players will further develop the technical forms of their forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Players will also develop a greater understanding of the net play, footwork, court placement, and basic tactics.

Wednesday | 18:00 - 19:00 | 19:00 - 20:00 | 20:00 - 21:00

Saturday | 12:00 - 13:00

ADULT ADVANCED LEVEL

This course is focused on competition. It will be an important physical and tactical part, finding the individual natural technique and tactics for each player getting the max of them in a game environment. Players will be invited to join our tennis teams in order to start competing in local tournaments.
