MEMBERS

• Club members may book courts 7 days in advance and benefit from discounted rates for indoor courts
• Outdoor courts are bookable at no charge
• In future, the club reserve the right to add the following rule ‘During Peak Court Periods (6-10pm Evenings & 10-6pm Weekends) maximum booking durations are 1 hour for singles and 1 hour 30 minutes for doubles. This restriction is to allow more members access to the courts during our busy operating hours
• In future, the club reserves the right to restrict booking to 1 booking per day & maximum 2 hours

NON-MEMBERS

• Non-members can only book courts 4 days in advance and charges apply indoor & outdoor courts

GUESTS

• Members bringing guests must pay guest booking fees - which are 50p per half hour per guest.

TENNIS LESSONS

• Players must book and pay for courts in advance for coaching
• Players must pay 50% of lesson fees if cancelling a tennis lesson within 24 hours

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW

• If a booking is not used or is cancelled with less than 48 hours advanced notice the full fee applies
• Refunds can be provided at discretion if requested in advance to billskead1@tiscali.co.uk
• If a court is empty 15 minutes after a booking start time the court may be given to another member 

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS

• Mini-Tennis Membership does not include any booking rights
• Junior Membership has the same court booking rights as adult members

 FLOODLIGHTS

• Tokens available from the Club Manager, Bar or Coaching team at £2.00  per 30 minutes
