Please note by booking it out you take full responsibilty under that name for any damage incurred, care of use, ensuring the Slinger and all ancilliary equipment is placed back correctly. Ensure all balls are correctly placed back or if they are damp leave them on a side table to air. Oscillator carefully removed and put back.

Although the Slinger comes with full instructions - it is recommended that when you use it for the first time you come along with someone who has already used it – in this way you will hit the ground running and can share the hour’s usage – as for one person – an hour on the tennis machine can be a bit much!

How do I know if my Slinger is charging?

Be sure that the charger connection that is inserted into the front panel of the Slinger is fully inserted. When charging, the charger will display a RED light. When charging is complete, the light on the charger will turn green. Fully charged is x2 green lights.

How long should I charge my Slinger Bag?

Slinger Bag is powered by a premium quality Lithium Ion battery. To fully charge the battery will take approximately 4 hours. The Slinger smart charger cable will monitor when the Slinger Bag is fully charged and will automatically reduce to a charge pulse at that point to prevent any undue damage to the battery.

How do you attach an oscillator to a Slinger Bag?

Simply place the Slinger Bag on top of the Oscillator tray in the grooves proved for the wheels. Easily powered by a small magnetized wire that connects directly to the Slinger Bag control panel. Switch on the power via your remote (top button) and then switch on the oscillation (bottom button).

How do I turn on Slinger without remote?

Can I use my Slinger Bag without a remote? No. For safety reasons, the Slinger Bag will only begin launching when the icon with the tennis ball "ON" button is pressed. (Turn on switch on the launcher "ON" first and then press "ON" on the remote to activate either the Launcher or the Launcher and the Oscillator).

How do you charge a Slinger ball machine?

Connect the battery to an electrical wall socket using the correct socket adapter provided as part of the charger cable pack. Insert the battery charger cable to the charging port on the control panel. Charging time is approximately 5 to 6 hours. The battery must be fully charged before the first use.

How do you use a slinger camera holder?

Simply clip the camera holder to the trolley handle of your Slinger Bag, clip your phone in, and hit record! Once done, it can easily be stored in one of the pockets of your Slinger Bag. So don't wait any further and get ready to improve all aspects of your game!

INSTRUCTIONS OF SLINGER BAG USE:

1. ONLY members and those members who have had an induction course may use the Slinger Bag.

2. Book Slinger Bag in

3. 1 hour periods with court hire. (Via court booking system)

4. .Ensure payment of £10/hour is made before using.  Electronic payment please as per Club Bank Details on the website.

5. Stored in the clubhouse

6. Wheel bag around back of clubhouse in order to avoid steps OR carry carefully down steps…please DO NOT BUMP BAG down steps to avoid damage.

7. Open top zipper where balls are distributed ready to launch. 

8. Position bag on court as desired.

9. Ensure all settings are as desired….Remember:

A) Angle of the ball is at the side of the bag.

B) Speed/velocity of the ball is at the front of the bag

C) Frequency of the ball being launched is at the front of the bag described as FEED.

10. Turn the machine on.

11. Move into relevant court position ready to start hitting shots.

12. Turn the machine on via the REMOTE tennis ball illustration by pressing once. Be patient…it will start humming as warming up ready to fire shots…flashing and make a slight noise to warn just before the 1st ball is launched. If nothing happens, turn remote to OFF and check balls in top of bag are evenly distributed by pushing them around a little.

13. DO NOT AT ANY TIME LOOK/PEER/ INTO BALL LAUNCHER WHILST THE REMOTE IS IN THE ‘ON’ POSITION. DO NOT CHANGE SETTINGS WHILST THE REMOTE IS IN THE ON POSITION. THIS WOULD BE DANGEROUUS.

14. If there is any situation where there is the possibility of anyone being vulnerable/hit by the Slinger please turn off via the remote immediately.

15. OSCILLATOR: If required put bag carefully onto plate and repeat all of the above. After pressing the ‘ON’ button illustrated by the tennis ball please press the oscillator illustration below this button. To terminate press both.

16. Ensure all Slinger Balls are collected.

17. Return bag to store cupboard.

18. Ensure any damp balls are put in basket provided.

19. Only recharge if down to 1 green light for no more than a couple of hours and use timer switch. If amber/red button no more than 4 hours recharge please.
