New Members

Here is all the information you need as a new member to the club.

Welcome

We are delighted that you've chosen to join our thriving, friendly tennis club. To help you find your way round please read through the following information sheet. But if theres still anything which you're unsure about contact any member of the Committee or coaching staff who will be very happy to help.

Access / Security

A combination bolt is fitted to the main gate. The gate will normally be unlocked during the day and then locked at night. If you are the last to leave please ensure the gate is closed and locked as you leave. The combination for the lock will be provided to you with your subscription receipt. Please do not disclose this to anyone other than a club member. Club house keys can be purchased at a cost of £5.

Court Bookings

Court bookings are done online now. You can access the booking site by clicking here or download the "Clubspark Booker" app on your Apple or Android device.

Floodlights

We do not currently charge for using the floodlights so please ensure that only those courts that are booked and in use have the lights switched on. The floodlight switches are on the wall on the left as you walk in the clubhouse door. If you are the last to leave please ensure all the lights have been switched off.

Kit / Etiquette

All clothing and footwear must be designed for tennis. Please ensure when matches are taking place you wait until the end of the point before walking behind a court.

Ball Purchase

Used balls are available in the clubhouse. New balls can be purchased from Commitee members or the coaching team for £5 a tube.

During the week prior to 6pm it is essential that you only park in designated tennis club spaces - these are painted blue so you shouldn't miss them!! At evenings and weekends the whole car park is available. Parking spaces should only be used when you are playing tennis.
