ADAPT TENNIS

ADAPT Tennis is being managed and run by Debbie Hale, a leading performance tennis coach. Debbie has 20 years experience in performance tennis, coaching across the South West with strong ties to Hampshire as a player and coach.

ADAPT aims to provide an opportunity for all players to develop skills required on and off the court in an enjoyable but challenging training environment.

ADAPT wants to work with coaches, clubs and counties to provide a player centric programme; encouraging players to utilise their own training environment at least once a week and utilising the ADAPT programme for additional sessions with access to a hive of players.
