Notes from the coach

These sessions are fun and inclusive development classes to help enhance skills such as passing, kicking and tackling (non-contact) along with small-sided matches. All abilities are welcome whether you are a beginner who is new to rugby or if you already take part in mini rugby or aged group rugby at a club and want to take part in some extra training.
