24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients’ needs. However, to ensure fairness and consistency, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
• This policy also applies to no-shows and late arrivals that result in missed lesson time.
• Exceptions will only be made in cases of emergencies, at our discretion.
