Alresford Tennis Club: Booking Rules

• The reason for court booking rules is to ensure everyone has a fair chance to play at a time that suits them and to maximise court usage.
• Each booking period is 30 minutes and a max of four consecutive periods can be booked i.e. a session of up to 2 hours.
• If members are not on the courts within 15 mins of the booking start time, the booking is cancelled and the court is free to use.
• Last member off the court should ensure the court gate is locked. 
• If members invite a guest to play, the member is responsible for paying the guest fee of £2 per adult & £1 per junior. This is permitted up to a maximum of 4 times.
• Floodlight tokens can be purchased from The Arlebury Cafe - £1 for 30 mins.
