Junior Coaching Standard Benefits

Junior Coaching Premier Benefits

How do coaching subscriptions work?

  • Our Alsager Tennis Club Coaching subscriptions give players access to the comprehensive coaching programme with one affordable monthly fee.
  • To take part in one of our junior coaching sessions at Alsager TC you will need to have an active subscription.
  • The monthly fee has been spread across 12 months based on a 40 week programme cost and not a 52 week programme cost, therefore the weeks where no coaching takes place you will not pay for.
  • The programme runs for 44 weeks of the year, however, the cost has been worked out based on 40 weeks to allow for any weather cancelations that may sometimes occur

Where do I sign up to the programme?

Do I have to sign up for a minimum term?

  • We are that confident that players will enjoy our sessions that our monthly subscriptions come with a free cancelation policy at any time. All we ask is that if for some reason you do wish to cancel your subscription that you give us 2 weeks’ notice via email alsagerltccoaching@gmail.com

When does the programme break for holidays?

  • Our programme at Alsager runs for 44 weeks of the year. The programme breaks on the following dates;
  • Easter (2 weeks)
  • Summer (4 weeks – Whole of August)
  • Christmas (2 weeks)

What happens if it rains?

  • Tennis can be played in light rain we just ask that players do wear the appropriate clothing if this is the case
  • If the weather is too bad for a session to take place then that session will be cancelled for health & safety reasons
  • With our subscriptions we run for 44 weeks, however, you only pay for 40 weeks to allow for the occasional session to be cancelled due to weather
  • We do, however, allow players to attend another session that week if their session has been cancelled. If you are flexible with days then do make the most of this offer as it could mean you get 4 free days across the year due to our “weather saver” with the direct debit

What happens if I am signed up to the “standard” subscription but want to move to the “premier” subscription?

  • If you wish to move to the premier plan, simply cancel your standard direct debit and resign up to premier
