Playing Information

Members:  Members of the club benefit from a variety of opportunities for social and competitive play. Members may book a court in advance using the sheet in the Clubhouse or simply turn up to play at any time.

Competitive League Matches:  We have teams competing in the East Hampshire and the Aldershot and District Leagues. Matches are played on various days / evenings of the week, depending upon which league is involved. Further details are available from the Match Secretary, Sue Jones.

Club Sessions:  Many members enjoy our informal, 'mix-in' mixed doubles sessions which are held frequently throughout the week. You can come along for as long or short a time as you like during our club social / mix-ins:

  • Tuesday 6 - 10pm
  • Wednesday 1 - 4pm
  • Thursdays 6 - 10pm
  • Fridays 9 - 12 noon
  • Sundays, 10am - 1pm (Summer season April - end September)
  • Sundays, 1 - 4pm (Winter season October  - end March)

Visitors:  We also welcome visitors to the Club. Visitors must be accompanied by a member. There is a nominal Visitor's Fee of £2 per adult/ £1 per junior. Visitors must sign the Visitor's Book for Health & Safety and insurance reasons.

Non-members:  We are a friendly club and welcome non-members: Juniors may join our 'taster' sessions run on Saturday mornings (see Events page of the website); also, we make one of our courts available to non-members on a Pay and Play basis during all our Club Sessions. The court is available on a 'first come, first served' basis and is not available to pre-book.  The cost of Pay and Play is £10 (for the court, not per person) for one hour, payable in cash at the beginning of the session. For Health & Safety and insurance reasons, the Visitors' Book must be signed.
