The renovation of the Ammanford Park tennis courts is part of a nationwide strategy by the UK Government and LTA Tennis Foundation. The aim is to restore public tennis courts across the country, making tennis accessible to more people. Courts in poor or unplayable conditions will be renovated. Improvements include new gate-access technology and booking systems.

Introduction
Welcome to Ammanford Park , situated in the beautiful setting of Ammanford this attractive public park, opened in 1923 on a 10-acre site that was once part of Tirydail farm. The park today is a great place to enjoy recreational activities.
The Park has 3 Tennis courts in the grounds of the well looked after park which are managed by Ammanford Town Council.
We encourage as many people to participate in Tennis at the park with low cost annual family and student passes.
We also run a pay & play court system for public access and a full coaching and social programme.
