Registered under the Gambling Act 2005 with Test Valley Borough Council
Would you like to be in with a chance of winning in a quarterly draw whilst raising funds for the club?
For only £15 per ticket per year, you get a chance to win one of three prizes in each quarterly draw. 50% of ticket sales are paid out in prizes, with 50% going to the club.
To support this fundraiser, please sign up for the 100 Club Membership on the Membership page called 100 Club Membership.
The cost of the membership is £15 for one ticket for 12 months. If you want to purchase more than one ticket, please email pennybillingham@gmail.com and you will be sent an unique link with the requested number of tickets to sign up. Once you have signed up with a number of tickets, you cannot purchase extra tickets for the next 12 months. However you can ask a friend or a relative to get more tickets in their names on your behalf if you wish.
You can sign up at any time and you will be entered in the next four quarterly draws. You can set your membership to be on auto renewal if you wish.
The quarterly draws are held in January, April, July and October.
Payment will taken by card as you sign up for the membership. It is possible to do a bank transfer. The details for this will be in the signing up process on the membership page.
Entrants including non members of the tennis club need to register with LTA and sign in Clubspark to purchase this 100 Club membership.
Quarterly winners will be notified by email. All details provided to us will only be used by Andover Lawn Tennis Club and will not be communicated to anyone else.
Parents of juniors will need to register with LTA and sign on Clubspark and purchase a 100 Club membership. All winning results may be published on the club website at www.altc.net and in the weekly newsletter.

100 Club Draw Rules
1. The draw numbers will be issued on a first come first served basis and will only be issued by the promoter of the lottery.
2. Each ticket is deemed to have been reserved for one full year from when you purchase the membership.
3. The cost of each number is £15 per ticket for a full year.
4. The fee for each number must be paid in advance before the quarterly draw. We will not be chasing unpaid tickets.
6. There are no restrictions on the quantity of numbers that can be purchased by a participant.
7. All participants in the draw must be over 18 years of age or have parental permission to take part. Parents will be making the purchase on Clubspark.
8. Draws will take place on a quarterly basis and will normally be within a week of the end of the quarter, or at the earliest opportunity after that date.
9. At least one ALTC committee member must be present to witness the draw taking place.
10. Quarterly winners will be notified by phone or email as soon as possible after the draw has taken place.
11. Quarterly draw results may be published on the club website www.altc.net
12. All prize money will be paid by bank transfer or cheque (if preferred) made payable to the winning participant.
13. The total income collected for each quarterly draw will be split 50% to club funds, 50% to prize money.
14. The quarterly prize fund will be split into 3 separate prizes, 1st place 50% of the prize fund, 2nd place 30% of the prize fund and 3rd place 20% of the prize fund. 100 participants equals prize money of £75 (1st), £45 (2nd), £30 (3rd) in a quarterly draw.
15. In dispute the decision of the promoter, in consultation with the committee, is final.
