ATC TENNIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Register on Clubspark please! Please ensure you are registered in Clubspark and have your own profile. This includes parents for juniors. The club will send you an invite for you to register. 

 

Members must be signed in otherwise you will see the NON-MEMBER PAYG court charges. You cannot turn up at the club with no booking. You MUST book a court before you get on the court. Every member has a personal 4 digit code and you use it to open the gate. Your personal code will be in your booking confirmation email. 

For coaching, club nights, events, team matches and team practice sessions the gate code will be 1401. 

• Members can book up to 7 days in advance.
• Indoor courts and outdoor (floodlit) courts must be booked for a minimum of one hour. You cannot play longer than the time you have booked for. Please be considerate for the next players who have booked after your slot. 
• Please try not to leave small gaps of 30 minutes between bookings. You may be contacted by the administrators if you keep leaving gaps. 
• Indoor court and outdoor (floodlit) court charges are payble on-line at the time of booking the court.
• Once a court booking has been made, a confirmation email will be sent automatically with details of how to access the courts and, if applicable, how to make any additional payments (eg. visitor fees).
• All Club matches have priority over members' bookings (this includes a re-arranged club match).
• Please shut the gates when you have finished.
• Ensure the clubhouse is locked and its key is returned to the keysafe. All members will have been given the code for the keysafe. 

PAY AS YOU GO for non-members

From the 1st October 2025, non-members can now book our courts to play. Have a look at the court booker to see the available slots to book. You can book here, use the LTA PLAY app or go to the LTA website. Remember you can book up to 4 days in advance. Non-members do not have benefits of team play, access to clubhouse, club nights or vote in the AGM). 
Non-members can book up to 2 bookings 4 days in advance. Check the booker for the court charges. These charges may vary. Maximum 4 players can play in one booking slot. You will receive an email with a gate code. Please respect the facilities and other people who use the courts. You will receive an email with all the information to help you access the courts. 

 

PARENTS/GUARDIANS  with no active membership OF JUNIORS/MINIS with active membership. The registered parent or guardian with no active membership must sign into his/her profile first on Clubspark. In the drop down menu at the top, switch to your child’s profile (with an active membership). Then you can book a court on their behalf.

If you have trouble logging on to book a court or get the "access denied" message, read below: 

Please “login” or sign in the clubspark court booking page via one of five methods which are LTA, Facebook, Google or Microsoft link or email/password on Clubspark. You must use the same login method from when you joined/renewed otherwise you will get an access denied message in court bookings. If you are unable to “login” because you cannot remember your password then please use the “forgotten your password” option in one of the five options (see above). Please note the club does not have the ability to tell you your password or change it. However, we can tell you which of the five methods you used when you joined/last renewed.  Once you successfully login, the clubspark court booking website will then open up again and you can proceed to book a court.  If you have any problems logging in and/or booking a court, please email info@altc.net with details of your issue. 

REFUNDS

If you no longer need the court, please go to your booking (View my bookings - see in the booking confirmation email) and following the instructions to cancel your booking. The court will be released for others to book. Refunds are automatic as long as you cancel more than 3 hours before your booking slot. No refunds within 3 hours.
