What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Description

This course is ideal for those who are in Year 1 to Year 3 and have a little experience of playing already. Continuing to learn the techniques required, start to learn how to rally, and working co-operatively with their partner. Lots of balance and co-ordination skills as well as throwing and catching and ball skills to begin to build their confidence and ensure they are having lots of fun along the way.
