The Club Championships is always the highlight of the year and runs in June with finals day on the Sunday before Wimbledon starts. There are Men's Singles, Ladies Singles, Men's Doubles, Ladies Doubles and Mixed Doubles Events. The tournament is open to all members with the Men's Singles being especially popular as there are 3 seperate draws. The weaker players are placed in the bottom draw and if they reach the semi-finals they then move up to the 2nd draw whilst also playing out the semi-finals and final in their own draw. The same process also happens in the 2nd draw. 

In the second week of the tournament we usually get a lot of spectators at the club each evening and so the bar is open and if the weather is good we may have a few BBQ'S.
