A huge congratulation to our very own Alison Jackson who was recently awarded the LTA Official (National) of the year 2021, beating off all other County and Region nominations. Alison has long been a Referee, organising and officiating at tournaments across the country, and the Treasurer for the Oxfordshire LTA. She is a longstanding member of our Club committee, and the annual organiser of our own Club tournament. Alison was presented with her award at a virtual ceremony, on 24 Jun, hosted by Leon Smith (GB Davis Cup captain) and Natasha Kaplinsky (TV presenter – and winner of the first Strictly Come Dancing). Well done Alison – richly deserved!
