PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ADVICE BELOW BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKINGS - THERE ARE STILL SOME 'QUIRKS' IN THE BOOKING SYSTEM:

Go to the bottom of the page and click on the required session. (NB: If you have children in different Groups, you must make separate bookings for each Group.) If you cannot see the Group 5 Course or the LTA Girls Youth Course, please select 'Load More Results' at the bottom of the page.

Click on 'Book Now' 

You must now log in to the site with your login/password. If you have not already registered, please send an email to appletonwitheatontennisclub@gmail.com, and we will send you a registration email.

• You will now see Your (parent name) with a 'tick box' to the left of your name.
• DO NOT PUT A TICK AGAINST YOUR NAME—the system will think you are playing in the session!
• Click on the '+Add Player' and enter the name of your Junior player.
• If you have another Junior playing in the same session, click '+Add Player' again and add the name of the next Junior (if you have booked for previous sessions, your children's names should appear automatically).
• Now put a tick - click in the box to the left of the name - for each Junior you wish to play in the session.
• You will note that the system has now added a Total Cost to the Basket Summary to the right. Double-check that the cost shown is what you expect for the number of Juniors booking into the session.
• Click on the 'Terms and Conditions' check box.
• Click 'Checkout' and you will be taken to the payment system (Stripe/Credit Card) to complete the process.
