The Committee are calling an Extraordinary General Meeting so that members can vote on the following Proposal:

"All three courts to be refurbished using macadam."

A macadam surface on all three courts will offer the greatest durability given the increasing frequency of adverse weather conditions. The extension and widening of court 3 will still go ahead as planned and lighting on court 3 will be our next urgent priority.
