Following a Special General Meeting on 21st February 2023, the club is now in the process of being transferred to a Company Limited by Guarantee, Aslockton Tennis Club Limited.  All adult club members will also be members of the company with voting rights. 
The purpose of the change is to ensure that the club has a clear legal identity and constitution and limited liability. The new company will retain the status of the previous Club as a Community Amateur Sports Club, and the day to day management of the club will continue unchanged.
