I regret to inform you that we have had a problem with re-registering the tennis club with the LTA which means that the courts will have to be closed for a short time. The closure is required because our public liability insurance, which is provided through the club’s LTA membership, has lapsed. We anticipate that we will be able to get cover again on Monday once the issue with the LTA has been resolved and hope to re-open the courts late in the day. We will do our best to keep you informed, so that you can plan, but there will be no tennis on Sunday or on Monday morning, other than coaching which may continue under Rachael and Gareth’s own insurance.  As chairman, I am responsible for the renewal of the LTA membership and I want to apologise that this has occurred and for any inconvenience that it may cause you.
