After the thrill of Wimbledon and the Olympic Games, we're keeping the excitement going with our 2024 edition of the Club’s Juniors Championship Tournament (club members only) on Saturday, 7th September 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. This year’s winner will receive the club’s cup and a bespoke club jumper with their name and champion title printed on it!

We will have competitions for all ages from age 5 (red ball mini tennis) up to 16 years (yellow ball full court).  This will be a fun event and for many will be their first experience of competition, so please join in!  To enter, please register here    by Monday 2 Sep 2024 (strict deadlines). If you have more than one child entering the competition, please fill in a form for each.

Provisional tournament timings will be 1-2.30pm (red and orange ball) and 2.30-4.30pm (for green and yellow ball).

Please note: your child can play up an age category (below), if they want.  Depending on the number of entries (and ages of children) we may run a 14U and 12U event too.

Red Ball (8U) No competition

This tournament is for club members only (to join, please select your membership package from our website - Balerno Lawn Tennis Club / Membership (lta.org.uk)). Half season memberships (1 September 2024 to 31 March 2025) will be available on our website from next week for those who want to join us.  

As a reminder all children who attend the coaching sessions must also be club members.
