Banbury Lawn Tennis Club (BLTC) is the sole Tenant and has exclusive right of use of the Property, which includes all 6 tennis courts. The Landlord is Banbury Town Council, which in turn is a tenant of the Head Landlord Oxford County Council.

All persons using the Property are bound by the Terms governed in all tenancies.

BLTC provides the use of one court for public use free of charge (FOC), except for all legitimate Club activities. These include Club nights, coaching, tournaments etc when BLTC has priority usage. BLTC maintains insurance for its own activities and is responsible for equipment such as netting, lighting etc.

Consequently, public users - whether on a FOC or charged court - are responsible for their own activities and BLTC will not be held responsible for injuries etc however so caused. All facility users are responsible for their own safety, especially during inclement weather or adverse conditions. The Property may only be used for tennis. Furthermore, public use prohibits any subsidiary non-Club business actitivites on the Property, including coaching for hire or reward by non-Club affiliated coaches.
