We must say a huge thank you to Chris Fisher who is stepping down from her role on the club committee. Since becoming involved in the club around five years ago Chris has been the driving force in the development of the club. She has been incredible at raising funds which led to the resurfacing of the courts, new fencing, and installation of the floodlights. The links Chris has made with the Matthews coaching group has led to many opportunities for children in the village to get involved in our sport. She has put in hundreds of hours to ensure the club goes from strength to strength and will be sorely missed. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all committee members past and present. Without your efforts the tennis club would not be in the fantastic position it is today
