We invite you to become a member of Baslow Sports Field CIO and benefit from the advantages.
Membership is open to anyone who lives within a 10 mile radius of Baslow Sports Field and is either: a paid up member of an affiliated club or group* or an individual who pays a direct membership fee of £5.00 to BSFCIO.
It would be gratefully appreciated if you would like to make a charitable donation to ensure we continue to provide local sporting facilities for all ages - whether or not you are, or wish to become, a member. Donations made by way of Gift Aid means that BSFCIO is able to recover an extra 25p for every £1 donated.
Please choose one of the packages below to apply for membership of Baslow Sports Field CIO and/or to make a donation. Baslow Sports Field CIO reserves the right to refuse a membership application. In such an event any fee/donation would be refunded in full. See our admissions proceedure (clause 9).

Membership as a Gift Aided Donation

Become a member by making a Gift Aid donation of your choice (subject to a minimum of £5).
Eligibility: You can be any age to become a member, however, you must be 16 years of age to be eligible to vote. If you are making a Gift Aid donation you need to have paid tax in the relevant year
Membership Not Gift Aided

The cost of becoming a member is £5 and is to be used if you are not a taxpayer and therefore unable to take advantage of Gift Aid.
