Private Hire

The Cavendish Pavilion is available for hire for private functions when the premises are not required for sporting events. This Hire rates chart should be read in conjunction with the Booking Request form and the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

 

Children’s parties:

  • Hire of upstairs room with access to the sports field (when available). Maximum 20 children: £15 per hour
  • Hire of an outdoor area (marquee - summer only) tables and chairs provided and use of the sports field (when available) £15 per hour
  • Hire of the MUGA (subject to availability) per hour £15 (childrens party rate only)

Extra Hire / options

  • Full drop down cinema screen  (upstairs room) £5 when in conjunction with booking a childrens party
  • Childrens party food (please contact pavilion cafe direct - David Robbins)
  • BBQ - Hire from £15

 

Adult parties or other events:

  • Hire of the large downstairs lounge (7pm - midnight). Maximum 60 people
    • Individual hire £60
    • Club & Café events £50
  • Hire of the upstairs room, morning or afternoon session, Maximum 30 people: £30 per session
  • Hire of the whole pavilion (including the large downstairs lounge, the upstairs room and the small, club lounge) Maximum 100 people:  £80 per session

Please note:

Access to the kitchen is only allowed in the presence of the café manager or with their permission. A separate charge may be made. The kitchen area is not included in the hire of any area of the pavilion.

Access to the sports field, where indicated, will be shared with other users.

The ‘large downstairs lounge’ does not include the adjoining small club lounge area.

 

Additional facilities available subject to separate negotiation:

  • Bar selling a variety of alcoholic drinks
  • A large marquee (summer only) suitable for large events.
  • A gas fired barbecue supplied with gas.
  • Exclusive use of the sports field and pavilion.
  • Catering supplied by the proprietor of the The Pavilion Café
