Booking Terms & Conditions:

• Booking Limit:
  • Maximum of 2 hours per day.
  • Maximum of one court per hour

ANY BOOKING OUTSIDE OF THESE LIMITS WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND.

• Booking Window:
  • Priority members can book up to 1 week in advance. (Current day + 6)
  • Non-priority members can book 1 day in advance.    (Current day + 1)
• Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Move a booking: The only way to move a booking is via phone - call the main site number 0203 959 0058 (Option 1).  Please note same day moves are subject to availibility,Site discretion and must be notified 2 hours before the original booking time. Booking movements are subject to the same limits as your membership allowance & cannot be moved more than once per paid booking.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancel less than 24 hours in advance to receive credit on your account (minimum 2 hours’ notice required).
  • Please note all credits expire 1 month from issue.
  • Credit bookings will not be re-credited unless it is a weather related issue (These will also have the original credit expiry date).
  • We do not accept retrospective cancellations.  
• Equipment Hire:
  • Rackets available for hire at £5 each (cash deposit or valid ID required).
  • Tennis balls available for purchase—ask at reception.
• Coaching Policy:
  • Coaching is not permitted unless conducted by one of our registered coaches, listed under the Tennis Coaching tab.
  • Only Enable-registered tennis coaches are permitted to bring baskets or buckets of tennis balls onto the court. All other players are limited to one tube (4 balls) per booking.

ANYONE FOUND COACHING IN BREACH OF THESE T&C's WILL  HAVE MEMBERSHIP REVOKED AND ALL BOOKINGS WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS.

• Priority Booking Membership:
  • Priority booking is available for purchase and is also included with gym memberships.
  • Please note: Priority booking memberships are non-refundable.
