Using the online booking system can be done by registered members only. If you have any problems with registration or the booking systems, please email beauchieftennisclub@gmail.com

Once there, you will initially see all the courts for the current day.

Firstly, select the day that you would like to book from the top right hand side of the calendar view.

You will be able to book up to 15 days in advance.

Then, select the court you would like by scrolling to the right where the tables show in the calendar.

Next, pick a time that you would like to arrive at your chosen court. You will see that the times that we are closed are greyed out and the courts that are taken you will not be able to reserve.

Select the duration you would like to book for. Below, the booking is for 90 minutes.

Then select the participants that will be sharing your court. Please ensure you add everyone that will be playing and select them as a member.

To confirm, simply click on Continue booking.

If, for whatever reason, you can’t make your allocated time, please make sure you cancel your booking

You can cancel your slot by going to “Your Bookings” and clicking cancel next to the slot.
