BECKFORD’S ALTERNATIVE TO WIMBLEDON TOURNAMENT!

32 members signed up for this and we were blessed once again with excellent weather.

Many thanks to Di, Maggie, Malle and Jane Beresford for organizing this event and providing a delicious cream tea. The finalists were Frank Sweet and Ruth Marshall versus Charlton Van Staden and Jane Beresford. It was an exciting final and Charlton, as the youngest finalist, played exceptionally well. The eventual winners with Frank and Ruth – well done!
