Bedfield and Monk Soham Tennis Club

Welcome to the Bedfield and Monk Soham Tennis Club website.

We are a small, inclusive, friendly club situated in the pleasant surrounds of the Bedfield and Monk Soham Playing Field. We have a single, macadam court which has been newly resurfaced.

The Club is affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). This offers the Club and its members a number of benefits including:  booking, payments and communication systems,  Public Liability Insurance and free LTA membership for all club members, plus a whole lot more.  To become a member of this Club you will need to join the LTA by completing a registration form which can be found at  

It's simple to book a court using the club’s online booking system.  You can also download the ClubSpark Booker app onto your phone. Courts can be booked in half hour slots for up to two hours up to three weeks in advance.  

Access to the courts is via a code for the gate padlock - this is sent to you via an e-mail confirmation when you have booked a court. Padlock codes change from time to time so please always check the information on your court booking confirmation.

Please join the Club's WhatsApp chat to receive and exchange information, look for playing partners, and notify us when intending to participate in Club Sessions (see separate page).

We have also introduced a Ladder system to provide an opportunity for members to play games with other members.  The first to be introduced is a 'gentle ladder' - please contact us via the WhatsApp group if you would like to join or find a partner.
