Booking Rules
Bedwellty Park Community Tennis – Terms and Conditions
- - Annual Passes and Court Fees
- The Annual Pass are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of payment.
- The cost of the Annual Passes and Court fees will be reviewed at the AGM of Aneurin Leisure Trust.
- The Annual Pass Holder may book up to 3 times in any 7-day period, each booking limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
- Annual Pass Holders must not transfer/give their gate codes to any person other than within their household.
- Aneurin Leisure Trust reserves the right to cancel any Annual Pass where the Holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
- - Bookings
- Aneurin Leisure Trust reserves the right to block book Courts for the benefit of the Annual Pass Holders.
- Courts can only be booked using the Clubspark online booking system.
- Courts can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
- The Gate access code will be emailed to the registered email account upon booking of the Court.
- Users must cancel courts at the earliest opportunity if they unable to attend. Failure to attend without reasonable notice and/or cancellation may result in a temporary ban from being able to book further courts.
- If play is not commenced within 15 minutes of the booking slot, then the Court booking will be released, and no refunds will be due.
- Subscribers on a pay and play basis who are unable to play due to adverse weather conditions can reschedule for another time slot, at the discretion of Aneurin Leisure Trust.
- Aneurin Leisure Trust reserves the right to amend the opening times of the Courts to reflect the daylight hours suitable for play.
- - Court Use
- All users must check the courts before use that they are safe and suitable to play. Any use when the Courts are unsafe to play are entirely at the risk of the user. Any issues with the Courts including but not limited to the playing surface, nets, net posts, fences and fence posts, must be brought to the immediate attention of Aneurin Leisure Trust
- At least one of the players per booking must be an Annual Pass holder or Paid to Play.
- Aneurin Leisure Trust reserves the right to close the courts and booking system temporarily in order to maintain the surface and/or protect against extreme weather conditions from damaging the surface.
- Suitable non-marking footwear must be used at all times when on the Courts.
- Appropriate sports clothing must be worn at all times.
- Users are expected to conduct yourselves so that no other people using the Park are offended by your behaviour or language. Any persons found abusing the facilities or acting inappropriately will be asked to leave immediately and may be subject to further action and/or banned, at the discretion of Aneurin Leisure Trust.
- Only designated licensed coaches allowed to coach on these courts or by prior permission of Six Bells Park Community Tennis.
- No Alcohol is permitted on the Courts.
- No Animals allowed on the Courts.
- No Bikes, scooters, rollerblades, roller skates, hoverboards, skateboards, ride on cars/bikes or any shoes containing wheels are permitted on the Court.
- Aneurin Leisure Trust reserves the right to take legal action against and Users causing deliberate nor negligent damage to the facilities.
- Aneurin Leisure Trust reserves the right to amend/change these Terms and Conditions upon reasonable notice.
