Midlothian Council takes the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults very seriously, we strive to ensure a safe environment for everyone using our venues.

You can also report an adult protection concern through the Midlothian Council website using the online form here.
We encourage you to log any safeguarding concerns via the Lawn Tennis Association website using the Register a Concern form, the link to this webpage and form can be found here. A safeguarding concern could involve an allegation of abuse or being worried that a child or adult at risk (as defined by the Care Act 2014) may be at risk of harm or may have been harmed. All concerns raised will be dealt with confidentially and with sensitivity.

Child supervision - in line with national NSPCC advice, all children under the age of 13 attending the venue outside of coaching programmes and other organised activities should be supervised by a parent or known adult.
