Weather Cancellation Policy for Coaching

  • In the event of poor weather conditions tennis sessions may be cancelled. 
  • The decision on whether to cancel a session for health and safety reasons will be taken by the Coach leading the session.  
  • The lead coach will aim to let parents/players know as early as possible for everyone's convenience. 
  • If the Coach decides that a session needs to be cancelled prior to the session or during and if less than half the lesson has taken place this session will be credited for future sessions.
  • In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by email or text using the contact details you have provided to the ClubSpark booking service.  Please ensure that these details are correct.
  • Decisions may be taken last minute, as we are in Britain and the weather is always changing and impossible to predict with complete accuracy.  We will aim to always go ahead, but decisions are made based on the health and safety of our players and coaches.
