Booking as Guest not Member
Q. When making a court booking, I am listed as "Guest", even though I am a paid up member of the club, and I cannot change this to "Member".
A. This is a known issue, but currently considered low priority as we do not charge Guest Fees through  the website.

Updating Participants
Q. I would like to change the participants for a booking I have previously made.
A. The list of participants can currently only be altered at the time of making the court booking.

Maximum bookings exceeded
Q. I want to extend an existing court booking but I get a message "Maximum bookings exceeded".
A. Members are currently restricted to one booking per day. To extend an existing booking  (up to 1.5 hours currently), you will need to cancel the original booking - eg. through the "View my bookings" link on the main Court Booking page - then rebook with a different end time.

Booking reminder emails

Q. I have started receiving reminders of my court bookings. Can I opt out?
A. Yes, go to your Consents page, uncheck the Email Reminders checkbox and click "Update my preferences".
