June Committee Meeting Summary Points for Members

New Chair and Committee Update

- Paul Callaghan has taken over the role of Chair following Malcolm’s retirement.
- Piera Pierson has filled the vacant role of Vice-Chair, in addition to her existing role as Treasurer.
- Simon Price has taken on the new role of Maintenance Coordinator.

Defibrillator

The sign for the defibrillator has been redone as the nearest defibrillator is now by the Crawford Hall.

Safeguarding

Holiday Camps

Summer Holiday Camps have been agreed, and are currently available to book.

Youth Club community tennis

The Youth Club have been invited to attend a free taster session in July, with a view to further sessions in the Autumn Term.

Visitor Fees

A reminder to all Members to inform the Membership Secretary prior to play, and pay £3 per guest.

Senior Tournament

Leah and Izabela have agreed to organise the senior tournament. Entries by Monday 18th July please.
