Our third and final Essex County award winner - congratulations Toby, Rising Star of the Year in the 2023 LTA Tennis Awards!

18-year-old Toby has been a fantastic volunteer and assistant coach at the club for a number of years, developing in confidence and aptitude, and in the past year has taken on additional responsibilities even when completing his A Levels.

Whether it’s running team matches, helping with busy club groups, or turning up to Halloween events as an inflatable dinosaur (yes, that was him!) Toby is always willing to go the extra mile.

Toby now progresses to consideration for the Central & East Regional award, announced in April.
