All 'grass' courst are again unplayable during the severe weather conditions. Please be aware that the club cannot accept responsibility for anyone playing and injuring themselves during the icey conditions. It is important that members carry out their own Risk Assessment before using any court (tarmac or 'grass') when conditions improve.

There is salt and a dispenser in the electrical cupboard for use on the 'grass' courts. Members are reminded that the courts are essentially a carpet and the pile should be free/loose and upright before they are used. If not, damage will be caused which could prevent the pile returning to its normal position when temperatures increase with negative impact on future court life and performance.
