Blaydon Tennis Club Championships 2022

This years BTC Championship was run by David Bolden kicking the tournament off in April and finishing in October.  There has been some great tennis played over the summer and I am sure everyone would agree lots of fun along the way.

The overall mens singles competition was won by Joel who beat Michael in a thriller final 10-9.  At 9-9 there was a sudden death game.  This went to deuce twice before Joel clinched it on his second Championship point.  Well done Joel and Michael for such an entertaining match.

We are still awaiting the ladies doubles final to be played by Nicola & Holly v Lisa & Meg on the 19th October.  Good Luck Ladies
