Another fabulous celebratory evening of all that is great in tennis in Cheshire, hosted at Chester race course and by Cheshire President ....our very own Liz Sweeting.

Cheshire has a LOT to shout out about (including having the biggest and best Presentation evening of ALL counties) and apparently so do BLLTC!

Many of our wonderful Bramhall Lane volunteers, players and coaches were recognised at Cheshire`s 17th Annual Awards Evening.

Listed below are the  recipients of awards from L-R on the photo ;

Steve Rhodes - Unsung Hero award in recognition of ALL the years Steve has been on the Tennis Committee/ ran the box leagues/ organised tennis tournaments/ coordinated ALL the court bookings sheet etc)

Oliver C - 8U Boys Leaderboard Winner

Georgina Jackson - 8U Performance Coach of the Year (Her individual players are making an impact at both County and National level)

Eva M - Young Person of the Year - Highly Commended for her volunteering at the club and elsewhere

Val Bowen - Competition of the Year - NECLTL was highly commended and Val coordinates ALL the ladies divisions and matches

Dan Turner - Cheshire 35&O mixed doubles champion

Annabel W - Member of Winning Team of the Year (Ladies County week team who came 3rd in ALL the counties). Also Highly Commended in our Performance Player of the Year (another outstanding year beginning with her representing Great Britain in the 16U European Team)

Violet - 7U Girls Leaderboard Winner (not on the photo -it was a very late night for the youngsters!)
