Please note that all courses and tuition is provided by our approved coaches who are independent from the Club and legally responsible for their operation.

Junior Courses

Terms and Conditions

- Courses run from half term to half term and are sent out via the groups

WhatsApp group

- Dates are given in the WhatsApp group before the term begins

- All payments are to be made in advance via bank transfer, Contactless, cash before the first session, to ensure your space is booked.

- If you cannot attend every session on the course, you will have a reduced fee of your selected dates providing you inform the coach in advance at the start of the course.

- If you are absent you will not receive a credit.

- Payments are non-refundable.

- Please inform the coach of the course you would like to book your child onto and the dates before making payments, to ensure there is enough space available in the group.

WET/HOT WEATHER

- The coach will decide if the lesson will go ahead or not, depending on the conditions. Always assume the session is on you will be contacted, if not on.

- If we have to cancel, you will be contacted via the WhatsApp group, message or phone call.

- Should the coach decide it's safe for the lesson to go ahead, you will not receive a credit if you choose not to attend.

- If the lesson is cancelled, you will be offered a make up lesson. If you are unable to attend a make up lesson you will be offered a credit for holiday camps or on the following coaching course.

Group Adult Lessons

Terms and Conditions

- Arranged on the groups WhatsApp group

- At the start of the week the coach will send out the time and day

- People can comment yes or no if they’d like to attend for the week, there is no commitment to attend every week

-A variable pricing system is used and is dependant on the numbers in attendance:

Prices Per Session

1 Person - £36

2 People - £18

3 People - £13.50

4 People - £10.50

5+ People - £9.50

- Payment is required at the end of the lesson via Contactless machine eg. Credit/debit car, apple pay etc

- Play will continue in light rains/winds, according to the coaches discretion, if the player choses not to play, they will still be charged.

- Should the coach decide it's safe for the lesson to go ahead, you will not receive a credit if you choose not to attend

Private Lessons

Terms and Conditions

- All payments to be made on the day of the lesson by Contactless machine or in Cash

- If the player Cancels within 24hrs of the start time you will still be charged.

- Before 24hrs there is no charge

WET/HOT WEATHER

- The coach will decide if the lesson will go ahead or not, depending on the

conditions. Always assume the lesson is on you will be contacted, if not on.

- Play will continue in light rains/winds, according to the coaches discretion, if the

player choses not to play, they will still be charged.

- Should the coach decide it's safe for the lesson to go ahead, you will not receive

a credit if you choose not to attend

NON MEMBERS

- You are very welcome to join us too. However, after 3 coaching sessions there is an additional charge £1 per lesson as a guest fee to help the club continue to provide great courtsfor us to use. This is attached on top of the lesson fee at the end of the session.
