BPTC 2024 Golf Society 

The BPTC Golf Society played its third and final event of the season at Arkley Golf Club on October 16th.  The course was in good condition, the weather surprisingly benign and as always at Arkley, the welcome from the staff was warm and helpful.

The winner on this occasion was Nick Ridgment (left in pic) with a very creditable 34 points;  here seen being presented with the coveted Whiskerd Trophy by Andy Haines, the Society organiser.  

The Golf Society has very loyal members who always enjoy the company, the banter, the not quite cut-throat competition, and some good food with a pint.

There is, however, room for many more.  Next year there will be three events at different courses in April, June and October.  New members of all playing standards will be welcomed and we still aspire to be joined by female as well as male club members.

Tuesday - Mens Intermediate Doubles Tennis 6.30pm - 8.30pm - For adult (18+) players of intermediate level and above.

Thursday - Mixed Intermediate Doubles Tennis 6.30pm - 8:30pm - For adult (18+) players of intermediate level and above. 

Sunday - Social Mixed Doubles Tennis 11.00 - 13.00 Improvers and intermediate adult (18+) players welcome.
