- Login issues?
All customers must register for a free LTA Advantage account in order to book the courts via this website. Please select the person icon at the top right of the page to login or register. If you have forgotten your username or password please select the relevant links for a reminder or reset.
- Unable to see the correct membership price?
First please check you are logged in to the website with your account. Select the login icon located at the top right of page. Once you are successfully logged in you will be able to access your account details and correct pricing. If you are parent contact wishing to book for a child that's associated with your account, then you will first need to select the sign-in icon again and then select the child’s name from the drop-down list. You will now see any associated child price when you access the booking calendar page. If you continue to have issues please contact us.
- Troubles with the gate and accessing the courts?
When you make an online booking you will be given a gate access code and sent a confirmation email. Please note you must include the star symbol followed by the unique 6-digit PIN code. Codes will grant access up to 10 minutes before your booking time and will be live for the duration of your booking. Please double check the date and time of your booking. If you continue to experience issues please get in contact.
- Net adjustment
Xcite Broxburn Sports Centre reception hold an adjustment handle that can be borrowed. Please note Xcite do not manage the courts, any other enquiries should be directed to West Lothian Council. More info below.
