No matter your age or skill level, you'll find a warm welcome at Bubwith Tennis Club! Whether you're looking for friendly competition, social play, or just a casual hit, there's plenty to get involved in. Or, if you prefer, simply book a court and enjoy a match at your own pace.
Court Availability & Booking
We now operate an easy-to-use court booking system for members, making it simple to secure a court at your convenience. All three courts are available to book via our Booking a Court page. If you prefer, you can also drop by and play when courts are free.
⏰ Court Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
⚠️ Priority Use: League fixtures, club tournaments, club nights, and coaching sessions take precedence over private matches.
To avoid disappointment, please check the Booking a Court page before heading down.
🔐 Clubhouse Access: Courts remain padlocked when not in use. Visit our Membership page to find out how to purchase a clubhouse key.
Social Tennis
Looking to meet fellow players and enjoy a friendly game? Join us for Social Tennis!
- Wednesdays from 6:30 PM
- Saturdays from 10:00 AM
Everyone is welcome, and it's a great way to improve your game while having fun! Contact us for more details.
Equipment Available
🎾 Need a racket? We've got you covered! The club has a variety of tennis rackets available to borrow - free of charge.
🎾 Tennis balls are also available, including a selection of used match balls for members and visitors to use.
Visitors & Guest Players
Thinking of joining but want to try it out first? Non-members are welcome to play when accompanied by a club member.
- 1st visit: Free of charge
- 2nd visit: £3.50 visitor fee (payable into the visitors' box in the clubhouse)
After two visits, we kindly ask that you consider joining as a member to continue playing.
Pay & Play Tennis - Open to the Public
Don't have a membership? No problem! Our West Court is available for public hire on a Pay & Play basis.
📍 Key Collection: Morrison's Shop, Bubwith High Street
💷 Court Hire: £5 per session
🔑 Key Deposit: £10 (refundable upon return of the key)
Please note: Pay & Play users do not have access to clubhouse or toilet facilities.
