Our flexible cancellation policy for junior sessions 

If the session has to be cancelled due to inclement weather we will first-hand offer you a make up session within the next week that is convenient for you. In the case where you are unable to attend a make up session a refund or a credit towards your future fees will be applied.

Cancellation policy for individual lessons 

Please do inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your individual tennis lesson. If less than 24 hours notice is given and I am unable to book your slot with another student you might be liable for a cancellation fee which usually is the full amount of your lesson fee.
