All adults - suitable for non-players, beginners up to advanced players. Open to members and non-members

6 week block - £48 members/£60 non-members.
*Any sessions cancelled due to weather will be added on to at the end of the block

What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist. This tennis workout is open to anyone - all ages and abilities!
Great music, great cardio and great people - what's not to like?
You'll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class, build up your skills and work up a sweat.
You might be wondering, "is tennis good exercise?" - the short answer is Yes!
Tennis offers a great workout from a cardio fitness perpective as well as working out muscles across your body, from your core to your glutes.
What is a typical Cardio Tennis class like?
Each class is an hour long, with a short warm-up, a 40-minute full body workout, and a cool down.
Warm up
Some dynamic stretching, skills and drills to get your body warm and mind sharp, ready for the workout to begin!
Aerobics
Put your shots into pratice with fun tennis games. You'll never play one-to-one : your teammates will be with you all the way.
Cool Down
Well done, you did it! Now it's time to recover and stretch.
