FAQ

What happens if it's bad weather? 

We will do our best to continue the session however if the weather is too bad to play then we may have to cancel the session. Players will be contacted prior to the session if it is not running (if you don't hear from us then it will be running).

If the session is cancelled by the club then you can attend another session of the same level in the same term. You must contact the coach to check there is space. If the session is cancelled prior to it starting then we will give a credit. If a lesson has started and play has to be stopped due to the weather, no credit will be given.

Can I cancel my course prior to starting?

You can cancel 48 hours before the course starts and we will give you a full refund for the session.

Can I cancel my course once it’s started?

You can cancel your course however we will not be able to provide a refund in most situations. In extenuating circumstances, it will be at the discretion of the club manager on how we resolve the cost for the remaining sessions.

What happens if I can't make the session?

If you can't make a session for any reason, you are welcome to ask us if there is another session you can attend during the week as a catch-up class however if it is full or you can't make it then that session is lost. 

If you have paid for a course but do not attend any of the sessions due to illness or injury or you have paid and attended a course but then have to withdraw, no refund can be given. In extenuating circumstances please contact Louise Tierney Tennis@byfleetltc.co.uk

Do you reserve sessions for players?

Places on our courses are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis

The Club reserves the right to cancel any course if the numbers are not sufficient for it to run.
