FAQ & Policies
Can I attend sessions at Byfleet LTC if I'm not a member?
You can attend 6 lessons as a junior or 4 sessions as an adult as a non-member (at a higher rate) before you must join as a member.
How can I join as a member?
Please go here to find the membership form: https://byfleetltc.co.uk/join-us-2/
What happens if it's bad weather?
We will do our best to continue the session however if the weather is too bad to play then we will attempt to book an indoor court. If the indoor courts are available we will go inside for the session. If it's not available (or too many players in the session for 2 courts) then the session will be cancelled. Members will be contacted prior to the session if it is not running (if you don't hear from us then it will be running).
If the session is cancelled by the club then you can attend another session of the same level in the same term. You must contact the coach to check there is space. If you are unable to attend another session then you will lose that session.
When will you use indoor courts?
During the winter, junior Blue and Red and most development/performance junior Orange, Green and Yellow sessions will be indoors. As stated above, if the weather is bad and the session is due to run outside, we will use indoor courts if available.
What happens if it starts raining during the session?
Wait 15 minutes to see if we can continue play. If not, the coach will make a decision.
What happens if I can't make the session?
If you can't make a session for any reason, you are welcome to ask us if there is another session you can attend during the week as a catch up class however if it is full or you can't make it then that session is lost.
